Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box with sufficient padding to prevent corner dings or sleeve damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the vinyl for playback quality and sleeve condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
