How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We use professional-grade, double-walled cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads to prevent corner dings and ring wear during transit.

What is the difference between New and Pre-loved records?

New records are factory-sealed and unplayed. Pre-loved records are inspected and graded by our experts using the Goldmine Standard. We only sell used records in 'Very Good Plus' (VG+) condition or better.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

What is your return policy for warped or damaged records?

If your record arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect like warping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be modified.

Are all your records standard 12-inch LPs?

While the majority of our stock consists of 12-inch LPs, we also carry 7-inch singles and 10-inch EPs. The size and speed (RPM) are listed in the product description for every item.
